Pineapple and Pearls refer to the “Pineapple” as a symbol of hospitality and “Pearls” as a symbol of elegance. We offer an elegant yet playful tasting menu composed of approximately nine courses with paired beverages (either with or without alcohol, depending on your preference) for a ticket price that is inclusive of beverage pairing, service charge, and tax. We offer this menu in both our Dining Room and at our Chef’s Counter. We also offer a less expensive five-course tasting menu exclusively at our bar that is inclusive of service charge, tax, and food (beverages are offered a la carte). All Dining Room and Chef’s Counter experiences are completely prepaid so there is no bill to pay at the end. Just show up, let us take care of you, and enjoy yourself!
