Opened in March 2010, Sprig & Vine is a gourmet vegan restaurant in New Hope, Pennsylvania, serving lunch, dinner, and brunch. We are passionate about creating quality food, service, and ambiance and strive to provide each guest with a memorable dining experience. Our kitchen’s mission is to showcase creatively prepared local & seasonal vegetables and to surprise guests by pushing the boundaries of vegetable cuisine by bringing vegetables to the spotlight. Sprig & Vine’s atmosphere blends casual and upscale dining and our guests are welcome to dine in casual or formal attire. Our food is 100% vegan (no animal products) and we aim to create meals that will equally satisfy both vegans and non-vegans alike. We take pride in our commitment to sourcing the freshest and highest quality seasonal ingredients. While many of our dishes have global influences, our chef’s main inspiration comes from seasonal ingredients, pairing flavors and ingredients that support, contrast and highlight a particular ingredient.
