In 2010, Barley Swine opened with a commitment to support regional farmers and ranchers by utilizing the fruits of their labor in every single dish we serve. Our continually changing menu is inspired by ingredient availability and the aspirations of our bar, kitchen, and Executive Chef Bryce Gilmore. We strive to be creative and have fun in the hopes our guests will also share in our excitement.
