Our Story The Lobster Roll originated in Connecticut and quickly spread in popularity throughout New England. The much-debated topic is the “proper” way in which to eat a lobster roll… the original was served with warm butter and lemon juice, while many now serve it cold tossed in mayo and other secret ingredients. However you love it, there truly is no wrong way to enjoy a lobster roll! Having grown up in Connecticut and spending summers along the shores of Nantucket we wanted to bring our love for Lobster Rolls and Fresh Seafood to the Low Country. There’s no better way to spend an evening than relaxing on our patio with friends, opening a crisp bottle of white wine, sharing peel & shrimp, and ordering a lobster roll. While we may not be in Nantucket, visiting The Jetty, will transport you there… if only for an hour!
