Madame Modern Bistro + Cocktail Parlor is an upscale French bistro with creative takes on classic cuisine & crafted cocktails. Madame has replaced Madame Claude, the former name of the same location. Madame is our newest restaurant to join the community in the historical White Eagle Hall building on 390 4th Street, built in 1910 by Polish immigrants. Our bar “Panache”, whose name means ‘done with flair, flamboyance or style’, will remain open – serving stylish drinks – long after the kitchen closes on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays!
