At Altura, the menu is a dynamic expression of the region’s freshest ingredients, gathered from local farmers, foragers, the restaurant’s own garden, and the sea. Chef/Proprietor Nathan Lockwood, alongside his wife Rebecca, founded Altura in 2011. Drawing from his experiences in Michelin-starred kitchens, Chef Lockwood emphasizes ingredient-driven cooking, creating dishes that reflect both his Italian culinary heritage and the local terroir. Each day we create a menu inspired by seasonal ingredients gathered from farmers, foragers, our garden and the sea.
