Chef Donna Scala’s rustic fare incorporates local fruits, vegetables, meat, and fowl into traditional, fresh Italian dishes with her signature, creative flair. Main courses offer an array of regionally sourced and highest quality creations of chicken, steaks, burgers, and seafood. The bar features hundreds of Napa Valley and Italian wines as well as a host of signature cocktails. From our gardens to our kitchen, we present fresh interpretations of traditional Italian dishes using sustainably-farmed, local fruits and vegetables, and all organic meats. Inspiration from the bounty of local farms and our own restaurant garden help create a daily changing menu that has kept Bistro Don Giovanni on the San Francisco Chronicle’s top Bay Area restaurants since the list’s inception.
