Chef/owner Andrew Araneo welcomes you to Drew’s Bayshore Bistro, a block from the bay in Keyport, New Jersey. Intimate, friendly, and focused on good cooking, the Bistro has become the region’s go-to place for great food inspired by Gulf Coast and Low Country cuisines. Drew’s Bayshore Bistro was opened in 2005 by Andrew Araneo in his home town of Keyport, NJ. Chef Drew has been into cooking since childhood and received his professional culinary training at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ. He then honed his skills at several prominent New Jersey restaurants, including Joe and Maggie’s in Long Branch and Whispers in Spring Lake. Opening a restaurant that serves his favorite foods and is located just blocks from where he grew up is a dream come true for Drew. He hopes that his interpretation of cajun and bistro cooking will be a dream come true for you.
