    Asta is a prix-fixe, tasting-menu-only spot that has an upscale yet casual atmosphere. Asta is the first restaurant of L’Espalier’s former sous-chef Alex Crabb. With an open layout with an open kitchen, minimalist decor, and welcoming staff, Asta make you feel at home or at a close friend’s house for dinner. Asta serves seasonally inspired tasting menus in an intimate and open setting. beverage pairings are as thoughtfully chosen as the ingredients and seek harmony over convention. the menu changes frequently, but there are always a lot of vegetables! the shorter menu feels more familiar as it sprouts from tradition while the longer menu chases the chef’s imaginations.
