Jakkrid Laongsuwan, our chef, had been in the restaurant industry for almost 15 years. He had worked as executive chef in many 5 star resorts in Thailand, including the infamous Dusit Thani Hotel and Resort in Bangkok, the capital city. Mr. Laongsuwan had spent 10 years perfecting the balance between the color and taste in his creations. His exemplary culinary experience will be sure to take your taste buds on a heavenly ride.
