At Granita, we offer Italian-inspired cuisine in a casual-fine dining environment. We feature locally sourced, responsibly farmed ingredients of the highest quality. Executive Chef Andres Joaquin carefully crafts unique recipes to express Granita’s focus on quality, creativity, and beautiful presentation. We collaborate directly with Seward Mountain Farm in Sullivan, NH to grow specialty vegetable crops just 10 miles from the restaurant. We are inspired by the local food movement and eager to source ingredients locally whenever possible. With a seasonally designed menu, we are constantly joining forces with local producers such as Wichland Woods Mushrooms, Stonewall Farms, Greens Eggs and Ham, Cheshire Garden and the Monadnock Co-op to highlight some of the best this region has to offer. Our world-class wine lists feature small production, sustainable, and organic/biodynamic wines that showcase influential, innovative producers. Our all-Italian glass list offers a selection of wines to give our guests the ability to explore small producers and culturally significant wineries throughout Italy. Our bottle list highlights some of the best and most iconic producers from classic regions worldwide. Our cocktail program is designed to work with Chef Joaquin’s menus, using local ingredients and unique styles to modernize classic cocktails. Our cocktails change seasonally with our dining menus.
