Hearthside is a contemporary wood-fired American restaurant located at 801 Haddon Avenue in Collingswood, NJ. The hearth is the focal point of Chef Dominic Piperno and his wife Lindsay’s vision. Chef Piperno, a Cherry Hill native, and Chef Aaron Gottesman will focus on using local and seasonal products to create dishes that not only represent the season but also give a true sense of American cuisine. The design of the restaurant, which uses earthy materials and textures are incorporated to complement the flavors prepared from the custom wood-fired hearth. Hearthside not only wants to be known for great food, ambiance, and service, but also for being part of the Collingswood community.
