The Natirar Estate, a nearly 500-acre site atop the mountains of Peapack, is the home of Ninety Acres Culinary Center, which consists of a cooking and wine school, and a restaurant offering unique and exciting menus featuring produce and livestock fresh from the estate farm. The restaurant, along with our private party facilities, redefines what a quality dining experience can and should be. Our ever-changing a la carte menu from the Main Dining Room reflects the seasons and includes items from our wood burning oven, handmade pastas, and locally raised meats. All the seafood we serve is sourced with the utmost respect for our oceans. Your taste buds will be thrilled with our beverage selection as well. Both the spirits and the wines served subscribe to the Natirar philosophy with an international list of wines offering an impressive 50 choices by the glass and many of the bottles are biodynamic, organic or sustainable.
