Over the past several years, Veritas has become one of Columbus’ most beloved restaurants and the original tasting menu dining experience in the city. Chef Joshua Dalton opened Veritas in Delaware, Ohio in 2012 and within six months was named Best New Restaurant in Columbus. In early 2018, Veritas made the move to downtown Columbus. At our table, we showcase the elevated, unique and unprecedented. Our mission in accomplishing a successful dish applies the use of the most classic and modern techniques. We are proud of our ingredients and strive to achieve clarity of flavor while purposefully choosing every plate’s elements. For us, a successful dish is not only beautiful and delicious, but also serves as a catalyst in a journey of aesthetics, texture, and taste.
