An intimate 80-seat restaurant inspired by the unpretentious sophistication characteristic of French nouvelle cuisine, Jeune et Jolie embraces an approach to cooking where quality is revered, lighter ingredients are manipulated to produce rich and bold flavors, and keen attention is paid to presentation. With delicious, responsibly sourced products, we aim to reimagine French food through the vibrant lens of our Southern Californian landscape. Seafood and vegetable-centric dishes and a raw oyster bar celebrate our pristine surrounding waters and some of the world’s best seasonally-driven produce. Our exploratory cocktail program is rooted in classic technique, quality spirits, and fresh-squeezed juice. With a cocktail menu inspired by the French Belle Epoque era, we emphasize the usage of varied textures and captivating aromatics to instill curiosity amongst imbibers. Our cocktail program is complemented by a highly-curated list of low intervention wines and a centerpiece absinthe tower. Yes, we did say an absinthe tower.
