We only use Midwestern corn-fed certified Angus Prime Beef. All of our beef is aged a minimum of 21-28 days in order to bring out its fullest flavors. At Hap’s Original, we work with only one supplier. This allows us to maintain strict quality control while as providing a consistent and superior product to our guests. Fresh and seasonal, seafood, lamb, and chicken are delivered daily from local Bay Area fishmongers, ranchers, and artisan producers. Our kitchen uses locally sourced produce and fresh ingredients.
