Derived from the word “Queen” in Hindi and Sanskrit, Rania embodies the evolution of this 5000 year old cuisine into the 21st century. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Chetan Shetty–originally from Pune, India, and formerly of the critically acclaimed Indian Accent in New York and Delhi (World’s 50 Best list). Shetty will guide diners through a multi-course dinner of inventive Indian cuisine. Rare Indian spices will be imported which will punch up the dinner menu (in dishes like braised lamb shank accented with spinach, coconut foam, ghoda masala spice blend, and mustard frills). Drinks lean into Indian spirits and fruit from local farms.
