Bajamar was created in Baja but born in Vegas. We are more than a restaurant, we are a place where Las Vegas locals and visitors alike come to enjoy a friendly atmosphere. The Puchi family opened the first Bajamar Seafood and Tacos on Las Vegas Blvd in 2017, with a vision to create a Baja California surf shack vibe. Our goal is to make first time guests feel like regulars and our regulars feel like family. Now with our second location open on the Southwest, we are known all throughout Nevada for our Baja style seafood. Our menu has developed from a few recipes from Chef Jorge’s grandmother to a menu that has captured the true flavors of Baja cuisine. Today, we are most recognized for our signature “Spicy Octopus Taco” and fresh ceviche tostadas.
