    A Southern from scratch food and dining experience. Just because you are in New Jersey, doesn’t mean you cant find great Southern cuisine or even some good ole Southern hospitality. We offer a full southern experience, touching on as much of the South as possible, from Virginia to South Carolina, into New Orleans and Texas. Come and enjoy our from-scratch kitchen, that prides itself on locally-sourced produce and creative cuisine that sticks to Southern basics. We source many Southern staples including, Duke’s Mayonaisse, Zatarain’s Creole Mustard, and Nora Mill Granary “Georgia Ice Cream” Grits. We smoke all of our meats on-site including brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis style ribs and chickens, using White Oak wood. Our three house sauces Buffalo, BBQ, and Wooden Spoon Hot are all made from scratch and pull inspiration from all over the southern US. We offer a daily lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch menus, as well as a full bar and a 2nd-floor party space with a full private bar. Let us plan the perfect next event for you and your guests.
