Welcome to Pintxo y Tapas, a romantic Spanish restaurant in the heart of Englewood, NJ serving authentic Spanish cuisine from the Basque and Galician regions of Spain since 1997. After owning and operating restaurants in Northern Spain for over twenty years, our chef decided to bring the eclectic energy of the northern provinces of Spain to New Jersey. The Basque and Galician regions are rich in fish, cured meats, cheeses, and agriculture, in part due to moderate four-season climate. The cuisine of these regions is a symbol of Spanish culture and we pride ourselves in preparing tapas and dishes using only the finest imported products of Spain and the highest quality seasonal picks from domestic sources. The ingredients speak for themselves and the flavors are bold.
