Established in March 2016, the restaurant represents an important milestone in the culinary journey of Chef Bill Van Pelt, a Hackettstown resident with more than twenty years of professional kitchen experience. Chef Bill has trained and worked across restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and elite New Jersey catering companies, studied abroad in Vienna and the Austrian Alps, collaborated with many of the region’s top chefs, and earned both local and national recognition along the way.
