Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen is the creation of visionary restaurateur Chris Cannon and a team of 100 dedicated hospitality professionals. Located in Morristown’s Vail Mansion, the space offers four dining concepts for guests to explore. Elevated fine dining in The Dining Room, convivial brasserie fare in The Oyster Bar and The Vail Bar, and beer hall gusto in The Rathskeller. Up the grand staircase, The Dining Room is Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen’s fine dining restaurant. Originally built to be the living quarters of Theodore Vail and his family, the three rooms overlook the mansion’s 150-foot long reflecting pool. We offer a four-course $81 prix fixe experience where guests select three savory courses and finish with one sweet course from pastry chef Erica Leahy. The Oyster Bar is the core of the Jockey Hollow experience. Boisterous, convivial, and fun, the room balances original marble columns side by side with newly crafted teak. Originally intended to be the mansion’s art gallery, the room now serves guests locally sourced and meticulously crafted brasserie fare in a casual setting.
