KUO Social is a culmination of Chef/Owner Steven Kuo’s international expertise in the restaurant & hospitality arena over the past 35 years, along with Executive Chef/Partner, Yang Huang, previously the Executive Chef of Buddakan, NY and a Starr Restaurant alum of 18 years. Chef Kuo and Chef Yang have teamed up with the fabulous Rafael Alvarez. Mr. Alvarez’s critically acclaimed design genius includes Chef Kuo’s family restaurant Peking Pavilion owned by Michael and Corrina Kuo. Rafael was also responsible for the design of Per Se rated “the BEST restaurant in the world”, Le Cirque, The Borgata Hotel, Jade on 36, and many more extraordinary establishments. The menu features fanciful interpretations of Modern Chinese dishes in addition to a spectacular cocktail menu.
