Sourced from local farms, fishermen, and select purveyors, the Summit House menu features a raw bar specializing in East Coast oysters, peak-season vegetables, and humanely raised meats. With an extensive seasonal craft cocktail program, our bar serves locally brewed beers as well as old- and new world wines with a focus on biodynamic and organic farming practices. Our motto, “Community Through Cuisine,” speaks to our locally sourced menu and our hope that visitors will use Summit House to celebrate their lives and the people in it, both in everyday moments and on special occasions. It also means working with local, national, and international charities tied to our region, and supporting neighboring businesses whenever possible.
