Roughly translated, a Temerario is a bold, brave brother, a carnal, symbolized by the mural of the proud and strong luchador in our dining room. A temerario is arriesgada—reckless, sometimes irreverent…it’s also Chef Mario Hernandez’s creative way with the food he grew up on in Cuernavaca Mexico.
