The Plaza Cafe specializes in Fresh Seafood. Our menu is ever changing as it focuses on the best that the Market as to offer withLocal and Sustainable Seafood being a priority. In season we also offer an innovative bar menu and during the off season we offer a Half Plate menu during the week. The Plaza Cafe was started by Douglas and Andrea Gulija in the Winter of 1997 and was shortly thereafter garnered with three star reviews by both The New York Times and Long Island Newsday. The Zagat Survey soon followed by including The Plaza Cafe in its annual list of the Top Restaurants in America. Doug Gulija has remained at the helm of the kitchen for all 20 years and recently increased the star rating to three and a half stars with a follow up review by Long Island Newsday.
