The business is open Wednesday through Sunday. Lola Bistro has many delicious starters that are also great for sharing. The Scottish salmon fritters are made with dill whipped chevre and a black currant gastrique. The lox and toast plate is crafted from a house-made bread with salmon, cheese and pickles. For mains, customers can dig into everything from smoked lamb with cantaloupe salad and a chef’s choice steak with Yukon potatoes and vegetables.
