Both establishments showcase creative, contemporary American cuisine and are committed to exceptional hospitality. Métier is an intimate spot, seating up to 36 guests. Guests arrive via private elevator and are greeted in the Private Salon before entering the dining room, which features partial views of the Chef’s kitchen. The dining experience centers around a carefully crafted six-course tasting menu. The restaurant’s design, by Washington D.C. native Darryl Carter, blends antique materials and furniture with modern touches for a warm yet refined atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy art and books from Chef Ziebold’s personal collection throughout the space.
