    Fun Fact, Norcina is slang in Italian for Female Pig Butcher. Given our name you’ll find no shortage of charcuterie options to choose. Our Neapolitan Pizzas have an SF kick with a sour tang and our pastas are all made in house. We keep things seasonal and mostly local and hope you enjoy! Chef and Owner Kaitlynn Bauman is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and a Bay Area local. Kaitlynn has worked for some of San Francisco’s most premier restaurants, including Green’s, Presidio Social Club, and Michael Tusk’s Cotogna. Kaitlynn developed her love for Italian culture and cuisine while spending time traveling through Europe, working at some of the world’s best restaurants. A longboarding, golfing, fishing and biking enthusiast, she lives in the Marina and loves a hazy IPA.
