Opening Early January 2014 BrickTop’s combines classic American cuisine and comfortable furnishings into a casual and uncomplicated dining venue. Our grill takes center stage, used to prepare many items on the well-rounded menu that includes grilled steaks and chops, seasonal fresh fish, sandwiches, hamburgers, and salads – all served with sauces, dressings and sides prepared in-house. House specialties include chicken parmesan, roasted prime rib, baby back ribs, jumbo lump crab cakes, and the wildly-popular flatbreads. Daily features offer a changing menu of soup, salads, sandwiches, sushi, entrées and dessert selections.
