Our authentic Neapolitan cooking made with only freshest ingredients tastes even better when you gather around an antique dining room table and are surrounded by the simple items of rural Italian life. The tools of the trade in the kitchen are just as authentic as the furniture in the dining rooms. Our wood burning brick oven was built by an artisan who was brought over from Italy. This unique oven is instrumental in making several of our authentic Italian dishes and imparts a wonderful wood flavor in our pizzas. We also cook with a wood burning grill that infuses meats with a wonderful smoky flavor that go well with some of our big red wines like Barolo, Brunello, and Amarone.
