Translated to ‘Among the Flowers’ in Italian, Ai Fiori showcases the modern interpretations of cuisine from the French and Italian Rivieras. The menu features traditional regional dishes from land and sea, as well as a selection of Chef White’s signature hand-made pasta. Ai Fiori is located on the Second Floor of the Langham Place Hotel on Fifth Ave. Executive Chef PJ Calapa oversees the kitchen operations at Ai Fiori.
